How do you keep my contact information secure?

Can you supply OEM products?
YES, We would like to provide OEM service under your brand if needed. ODM can be also provided.

Do you provide free testing samples?
Yes, we would like to provide some free samples, no problem. While we hope you can afford the courier freight yourself, and we will try to deduct the freight in future orders for you.

What is a minimum order quantity?
MOQ is listed on each item. If your order quantity is less than our MOQ, we would like to check whether there is available stock accordingly.

How do I amend or cancel my order?
If you wish to amend or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. It is very helpful if you quote your order reference number.

Will I get lots of emails from you?

How many kinds of transportation methods for shipment ?
By Sea, Air, Express, or you arrange collection from our warehouse. We will provide related information if needed. You can compare the methods and then choose the best one.

Can you deliver to a different address than my invoice address?
You may specify different invoice and delivery addresses as long as they are in the same country.

When will my order be delivered?
When we receive your order we will contact you to confirm availability and estimated delivery times. In most cases we will be able to ship your order within 24 hours of receipt.


How can I pay?
You can pay online using Visa/Master and Debit Card or Paypal. Other forms of payment, such as a cheque, invoicing or bank transfer, may also be acceptable – please contact us to organize alternative payment methods.We do not store any credit card details on-line or on a computer at all.
